As a proud Virgo and one of the original founders of Gladglam Makeup Academy, Gladys brings over 14 years of experience in both professional makeup artistry and business leadership. She is the lead educator for our signature 11-Week Pro Spanish Makeup Course, where she empowers students to master technique, confidence, and career readiness.

Gladys specializes in Color Theory and is known for pushing students beyond their comfort zones to unlock their full potential. With a background in coaching and motivational speaking, she brings an uplifting, results-driven energy into every class she teaches.

Her passion is not only in artistry but in building strong, confident beauty professionals who are ready to thrive in the industry.

Meet Andrea ♓️ – Co-Owner of Gladglam Makeup Academy | Admissions & Student Success Coordinator

As a proud Pisces and passionate beauty professional, Andrea is the heart behind student success at Gladglam. With 8 years of industry experience and a strong editorial background, Andrea is a published makeup artist whose work has been featured twice in major publications—especially known for editorial looks on kid models.

As Co-Owner and Student Coordinator, Andrea is here to make your enrollment process seamless and stress-free. Beyond admissions, she plays a key role in connecting students with internship opportunities, job placements, and brand partnerships. She also assists students and graduates in accessing exclusive pro discounts through her ongoing brand collaborations.

A specialist in social media and business, Andrea hosts engaging workshops and offers 1:1 mentorship to students and alumni, ensuring they are equipped to build their brand and thrive beyond the classroom. She also leads business and makeup masterclasses with an open-door policy that encourages support, growth, and continued learning.

 

 

Meet Mirna IG: Hairbymirnav (Hair Artistry Course)

Meet Mirna ♊️ – Licensed Cosmetologist & Hair Educator

With over 15 years of professional experience, Mirna is a master of hairstyling, cutting, and coloring. As a proud Gemini, her vibrant energy and passion for the beauty industry shine through in everything she does. Before stepping into her role as an educator, Mirna styled hair for Disneyland princesses, high-fashion runway shows, and elite clientele.

Her love for teaching is unmatched, and she’s been inspiring future beauty professionals at Gladglam Makeup Academy for the past 4 years. Fun fact: Mirna’s passion for hair runs in the family—her mother, also a licensed cosmetologist, has owned a salon for over 30 years. It’s safe to say Mirna was born into the world of beauty!

Whether she’s styling wigs or mentoring the next generation, Mirna brings dedication, creativity, and deep industry knowledge to every chair she touches.

 

Meet Jacky ♑️ – Nail Educator at Gladglam Makeup Academy

As a proud Capricorn, Jacky brings 5 years of experience, dedication, and creative flair to her role as a Nail Educator. She teaches both Acrylic and Gel-X, covering everything from beginner fundamentals to advanced designs.

Jacky is passionate about helping her students grow, offering pro tips, hands-on guidance, and the confidence they need to pursue a successful nail career. Her supportive and motivating approach makes her classes both fun and impactful.

Fun Fact: Jacky is a Gladglam graduate, having completed our Pro Makeup Course in 2022—proof that dreams do come full circle!
